Are you a driven, relationship‑focused sales professional with a proven track record in corrugated packaging? We’re looking for an experienced Corrugated Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our business through strong customer partnerships, innovative packaging solutions, and a deep understanding of the corrugated industry. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing accounts while actively developing new opportunities, identifying customer needs, and delivering high‑value solutions that support long‑term growth.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or accounts, including new and existing business.
  • Secure and maintain distribution of products and/or services; provide pricing, negotiate, and maintain effective sales agreements.
  • Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Satisfy existing customer needs and expand existing business by fostering and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the design department to improve existing design and develop new designs on behalf of the customer.
  • Review opportunities and problems, assess efficiency of existing procedures with the sales manager, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage overall account responsibilities, which may include recordkeeping, credit applications, forecasts, budgets, and credit collections from delinquent accounts.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3–5 years of outside sales experience with a proven record of success.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record for the last 3 years to qualify for a company vehicle or vehicle reimbursement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, be self‑motivated, manage time effectively, and contribute to individual and team success.
  • Ability to use independent judgment in negotiating sales agreements and to handle difficult or sensitive accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in corrugated material or paper sales.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Paid Vacation:
    Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro‑rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
  • Paid Holidays.
  • Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages (medical, dental, and vision) and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
  • Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401(k) plan with pre‑tax and Roth contribution options along with employer‑provided matching contributions.
