Pennswood Village, an established senior living community in Newtown, PA, Bucks County, is seeking an experienced Sales Counselor to represent a community known for its distinctive setting, beautifully appointed apartments, and personalized service.

This role is designed for a sales professional with a proven track record of building trusted relationships in settings where service excellence and attention to detail are paramount. Many of the clients we serve take time to evaluate their options carefully and expect clear communication, professionalism, and a well-managed experience from start to finish.

• Build trusted relationships with prospective residents and their families
• Conduct personalized tours that highlight our lifestyle, amenities, and services
• Guide prospects through a thoughtful, consultative sales process
• Maintain a structured pipeline and detailed CRM documentation
• Develop and maintain referral partnerships within the local professional community
• Meet occupancy goals through consistent outreach and follow-up

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience serving buyers accustomed to premium housing, private healthcare services, hospitality, or membership-based communities
• Proven success closing sales with longer decision timelines and multiple stakeholders
• Strong presentation skills and polished communication
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
• Experience managing a structured sales pipeline
