Thrives in a commission-based sales role by taking ownership of results, staying disciplined during slow periods, and applying coaching to consistently improve sales performance.

Comfortable engaging customers through phone calls, follow-up, and in-person conversations to build trust, generate leads, and close sales.

Performance-based sales position with no income cap—earnings are directly tied to activity, consistency, follow-up, and closing skills.

Job Requirements for Automotive Sales Consultants:

Prior commission-based or sales experience preferred, but not required. We value resilience, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

Outstanding computer/internet and phone skills.

Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.

Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years

Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
