Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician
Location: Wilkes Barre, PA
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on trailers and medium to heavy‑duty trucks. This role involves traveling to customer locations and working independently outside of our main facility. Competitive hourly rate + Bonus payouts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing preventative maintenance services (e.g., oil changes, lubrication)

• Diagnosing and repairing brakes, suspension systems, and electrical issues

• Delivering excellent customer service while interacting with clients onsite

• Working occasional overtime and handling light after‑hours service calls

A Class 7 Inspection License is a plus. Technicians must have their own tools.

Additional responsibilities may arise as part of the role. Candidates should be flexible and prepared to adapt to new challenges as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Welding experience is required

• Prior hands‑on maintenance experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a DOT physical

• CDL preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment

• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in other areas when needed

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment
