We are seeking a full-time Plumbing Supervisor for an on-site role in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The Plumbing Supervisor will oversee daily plumbing operations, manage and guide plumbing teams, and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Responsibilities include supervising the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, interpreting blueprints, coordinating with other teams, ensuring timely completion of projects, and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

• Strong Supervisory Skills with experience leading and managing teams effectively.
• Expertise in Plumbing and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Proficient in Customer Service and committed to maintaining Customer Satisfaction.
• In-depth understanding of safety protocols, project planning, and on-site management.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification or diploma in plumbing or related technical field is a plus.
