Job Duties

- Discover what motivates individuals and assist them in utilizing that motivation in the workplace.
- Assist individuals in learning and excelling in their job functions.
- Plan and implement tools for individuals to succeed at work.
- Create and update records and reports on progress.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Effective and succinct written documentation.
- Experience with Google Suite is a plus.
- Ability to stay organized when dealing with multiple clients simultaneously.
- Prior experience working with people with disabilities.
- Upbeat, motivational attitude.
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services is strongly suggested
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
- Valid driver's license, reliable, safe transportation, and automobile insurance.
