DESCRIPTION:

For our prestigious client with multiple locations, we have an immediately need for Lead Java Developer for their location at Pittsburgh, PA.

The following technical skills are preferred:

• Experience in Java 8

• Experience in Spring Boot

• Experience in REST, SOAP, and Microservices

• Experience with Oracle database

• Experience in CI/CD pipeline – unit test, package, build, deploy

The following experience is preferred:

• Proven track record of continued learning on advanced technologies

• Ability to articulate estimates on technology stories

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to create technical specifications and test plans

• Solid understanding of SQL concepts and tuning complex SQL queries

• Experience with GIT, Jenkins, Maven or Gradle

ROLE:

-Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.

-Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.

-Facilitates complex problem resolution.

-Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.

-Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
