We are growing our engineering organization and seeking Full Stack Developers across all experience levels who are excited about modern software development and AI-enabled engineering practices

Responsibilities will scale based on experience level and may include:
Core Engineering- Design, develop, and maintain modern full‑stack applications
- Build and integrate APIs and responsive user interfaces
- Write clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver business value
- Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot) to accelerate development and improve quality
- Contribute to cloud‑first development practices using Azure services
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Dev Ops practices
- Help evolve engineering standards, reusable components, and best practices
- Monitor and optimize application performance and scalability
- Build and execute automated tests (unit, integration, end‑to‑end)
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Partner with product and business stakeholders on solution design
- Influence system architecture and design decisions
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth
- Drive adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and AI capabilities
- Lead technical initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Foundational Qualifications- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Understanding of software development fundamentals
- Experience or exposure to object‑oriented programming and web development
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a growth mindset
- Backend development experience (C#/.NET or similar technologies)
- Front‑end development using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
