Position: Finance and Administration Director at Xatśūll First Nation
Lead financial strategy and governance with Xatśūll First Nation as the Director of Finance and Administration. Drive team performance, financial systems improvement, and sustainable community development in Williams Lake.

Xatśūll First Nation is searching for a Director of Finance and Administration to provide strategic leadership in finance. This senior role involves partnering with Chief and Council, committees, and external stakeholders to ensure robust financial practices. You will lead budgeting, reporting, and financial planning while supporting community well-being and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

• Provide strategic financial advice to leadership and committees

• Align financial practices with laws and strategic goals

• Strengthen financial systems and reporting tools

• Coach and support Finance, IT, and Administration staff

Requirements:

• CPA or CAFM certification required

• Experience in senior financial leadership roles

• Strong budgeting and audit knowledge

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences

• Understanding of First Nations governance and organizations
