Full-Time Administrative Assistant / Client Care Specialist – Williamsburg, VA (In Office Only!)
We are growing our team! Our local home inspection company is looking for a smart, extremely organized, tech‑savvy, self‑motivated Office Administrator. Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, great with details, a master of Excel, excellent phone skills, and enjoys keeping things running behind the scenes.
Daily Tasks Include:- Answering busy phones & talking with clients.
- Scheduling home inspections & managing the schedules of all field staff.
- Handling office paperwork.
- Supporting our marketing and social media team (bonus points for Canva and AI experience!)
- Comfortable with tech and digital tools.
- Friendly, extremely dependable, and organized.
- A team player who is not afraid to initiate tasks.
- Looking to join a company that values good people.
