Position SummaryRBCI is seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) with a high level of secretarial and administrative support to senior leadership, including the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, and Command Master Chief, as well as to the subordinate staff of those individuals. This work is onsite at the Williamsburg, VA office and may require 5–10 % travel.
The position is contingent upon contract award. Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence, maintain official records, and facilitate communication between leadership and subordinate staff.
- Demonstrate strong organization skills, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Employ proficiency in office software, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative or executive support roles, preferably in a military or government setting.
- Ability to communicate accurately and clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
