Our team is hiring an Administrative Specialist dedicated to Warehouse Support Services for the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) in Williamsburg, VA.

The Administrative Specialist provides administrative and clerical support for warehouse and operational activities. This position supports day‑to‑day operations by managing documentation, correspondence, records, and reporting activities that contribute to program coordination, accountability, and operational continuity. The Administrative Specialist supports management, warehouse, logistics, and program staff through accurate document handling, information management, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support to warehouse and program personnel

Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation

Maintain electronic and hardcopy filing systems to support record retention and auditability

Support document control and version management for operational and administrative records

Assist with report compilation, data entry, and documentation as required

Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and distribute action items

Maintain administrative tracking logs and schedule coordination efforts

Serve as a communication point for routine administrative inquiries

Ensure sensitive or controlled information is handled appropriately and professionally

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; US Citizenship;
    Valid US Drivers License
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience performing administrative or clerical duties in a professional office, warehouse, logistics, or government support environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Required Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat or similar document management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Security Requirements

Valid Driver’s License;
All NMRLC contractor employees must be U.S. citizens and maintain a favorable federal suitability determination (typically NACI with SF‑85/SF‑85P) sufficient to obtain and retain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) for installation, system, and facility access. Continued eligibility is required throughout contract performance, and loss of CAC or suitability status may result in removal from the contract.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • Familiarity with logistics, warehouse, or maintenance operations
  • Experience with government or enterprise systems used for tracking, records, or reporting
  • Experience supporting report preparation or program coordination activities
