We are seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented, and compassionate Trust Administration Paralegal to join our growing team. The Trust Administration Paralegal will work closely with the attorneys and clients throughout the estate and trust administration process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining compassion and professionalism. This role involves significant client communication and requires someone empathetic, dependable, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive situations with confidence and care.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting attorneys with trust and estate administration matters
  • Preparing probate and trust administration documents
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Communicating with trustees, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and advisors
  • Managing deadlines, calendars, and case progress
  • Assisting with asset collection and transfer coordination
  • Organizing and maintaining client files and records
  • Assisting with accounting and fiduciary documentation
  • Coordinating with CPAs and financial professionals, as needed
  • Maintaining regular client updates and follow‑up communication
  • Supporting the overall client experience with compassion and professionalism
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel (legal/case management software is a plus)
  • Prior experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

    Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Compensation

$18 - $22 hourly to start
