* Are you a logistics professional with experience supporting shelf‑life monitoring and material disposition? Do you understand the importance of maintaining compliant and ready‑for‑issue inventory? If so, this role supports essential warehouse functions at NMRLC.

In this role, you will perform shelf‑life inspections, support extension and disposal activities, update inventory records, and assist with audits and inventories. Your work ensures expired or excess material is managed properly and warehouse readiness is maintained.

** In This Role You Will:*
* + Conduct shelf‑life inspections and documentation.

+ Assist with disposal and turn‑in actions.

+ Update inventory systems accurately.

+ Support audits and inventories.

** To Be Successful in This Role,

You Will Have:

*
* + High School Diploma or GED.

+ Experience in shelf‑life or warehouse operations related to the job description listed above.

+ Experience leading shelf‑life or disposal operations related to the job description listed above.

+ Minimum three (3) years of project or logistics management experience related to the position description listed above.

+ Minimum three (3) years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations  related to the position description listed above.

+ Experience supporting inventory, shelf‑life, disposal, and sustainment operations  related to the position description listed above.

+ Knowledge of SLEP and disposal procedures.

+ U.S. Citizenship and ability to meet Government suitability requirements.

+ A current and active NACI and PIV Credentials which will require US Citizenship, and Active and Current Secret Security Clearance is preferred.

+ Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain within 30 days.

+ Valid driver's license and ability to operate approved delivery vehicles.

+ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation.

+ A current OSHA certification or willing to obtain.

+ Successful background checks include fingerprint checks and drug screenings.

+ Have the ability to work on-site daily Monday through Friday while meeting our customers' requirements at the Cheatham Annex, located near Williamsburg, Virginia

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Knowledge of medical material shelf‑life processes.

+ Familiarity with DMLSS.

+ Valid forklift license (4K-6K and stand‑up forklifts) or ability to obtain.
