  • Analyze CLASS® observation data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships across Network-served early childhood sites.

  • Link components of merged records to ensure that no data is lost, and that appropriate information is available for data analysis.
  • Analyze database reports, covering the primary areas of productivity, classroom coaching, child coaching, technical assistance, and training for accuracy for regional staff.
  • Ensure data integrity through consistent data cleaning, and the identification, communication, and resolution of data-related errors.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, responsive to VDOE requests and tailored to VQB5 metrics and priorities.
  • Compile data and complete monthly data reports, monthly summary data visuals, mid-year and end-of-year reporting, grant applications, in compliance with VDOE requirements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of VQB5 program frameworks and how CLASS® observations, interactions, and data align with its goals and expectations.
  • Collaborate with VA ITSN Central Office team to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as the CLASS expert for the Network Central Office.
  • Complete and maintain certification in Infant and Toddler CLASS tools.
  • Participate in local, state, and national meetings and conferences as needed.
  • Support ad hoc data requests and conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses as needed.
  • Participate in staff meetings, including ITS and ITBC orientation, and all other meetings required by the position.
  • Comply with VA ITSN program and procedures guide and grant requirements.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested by supervisor.
