Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Retail Superintendent to lead on-site operations for our retail construction projects across the country. This traveling role is perfect for an assertive, organized leader who thrives on managing field teams, ensuring safety, and driving projects to timely, high-quality completion. As the on-site face of our company, you'll oversee subcontractors, maintain client relationships, and act as the site safety supervisor, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily on-site operations, supervising subcontractors and field labor to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to top-quality standards.
• Act as the site safety supervisor, enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting safety inspections.
• Provide technical expertise, interpreting blueprints and advising on construction methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and partners.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and look-ahead plans are in place.
• Use tools like Procore, MS Office, and Trimble to submit reports and track progress.
• Uphold our company's culture of professionalism, cleanliness, and safety.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing retail construction projects with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations (OSHA 10 certification required).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling software;
  Trimble Project Sight experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and teams.
• A project portfolio showcasing your retail construction expertise.
