PM Coordinator Assistant

Peerless Restoration Services is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the Reconstruction Project team on execution and delivery of construction projects. This position is ideal for someone with strong organization skills, a passion for construction and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll work closely with the estimating team, project managers, clients and field teams to help keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating all construction activities including, but not limited to, schedule, change orders, selection sheets and ordering of materials, etc.
• Maintain project schedules and work orders
• Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance certificates are obtained and up to date on vendors
• Follow up to make sure sub-contractors are still set for work start and confirm appointment with homeowners
• Track materials and returns
• Collection of down payment and deductible
• Possible assisting on simple AP task
• Must be able to pass background check

• Strong attention to details and accuracy
• Comfortable performing repetitive dataentry tasks
• Basic Microsoft suites knowledge
• Able to learn and pick up new computer software quickly
• knowledge of Adobe document sign.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Prior experience in administrative support, billing and construction‑related office support
• Experience preparing files for upload
