You will coordinate RFIs, PCOs, submittals, and closeout documentation while ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
The role requires proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Raken, and MS Project, plus strong communication and team skills. OSHA 30 and first aid certifications are preferred or obtainable.
