Jobot seeks a Paving Construction Project Manager to lead $10M+ paving and infrastructure projects in the Williamsburg, Virginia area. This on-site, permanent role offers ownership from planning through closeout, with autonomy to manage budgets, schedules, and safety across the Hampton Roads corridor.
You will supervise crews, coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors and clients, develop project plans, monitor costs and quality, and ensure compliance with OSHA and client requirements.
