We are a leading heavy civil construction organization delivering high-quality paving and infrastructure projects throughout the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. • Manage all phases of paving construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.
• Develop and execute project plans, construction methods, staffing strategies, and equipment utilization plans.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, production, quality, and safety performance while implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and project teams to ensure efficient project execution and communication.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, inspections, testing, closeout activities, warranties, and punch list completion.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, including project leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience managing paving, highway, or heavy civil construction projects valued between $10M and $20M.
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards, OSHA regulations, project scheduling, and cost control.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record; OSHA 30, FE, PE, or HCSS Heavy Job experience preferred.
