Senior Producer
The Senior Producer is responsible for leading and managing video projects from concept to completion, ensuring high production value for our clients. They collaborate with a team of production professionals to bring a story vision to life, lead and manage a small team of at least one producer or associate producer, partner with top production vendors, and report directly to the VP/Executive Producer.

This role focuses on the patient journey, requiring sensitivity and compassion for patients and caregivers, and incorporating their experiences into strategies and solutions for clients.
Patient PrivacyThe core of our business involves handling personally identifiable information (PII) and personal health information (PHI) of patients. The Senior Producer must successfully complete and adhere to training such as:
- Snow Policies and Procedures
- HIPAA requirements such as the Privacy Rule, Security Rule, and Sunshine Act reporting
- Adverse Event (AE) Reporting
- Promotional requirements for pharmaceuticals under the FDA and FTC, and other applicable federal or state regulations
- Privacy and Data Security
Travel up to 15% (domestic and international).
Producing- Manage a small team of at least one producer or associate producer.
- Collaborate with the in‑house production team to concept, plan, and execute productions.
- Work with account teams to determine video needs, create concepts and proposals, and present them to account teams and clients.
- Hire and manage vendors needed for production.
- Conceptualize, plan, develop, prioritize, and implement video production schedules, including call sheets, talent and crew scheduling, location scouting, and budget management.
- Supervise all aspects of pre‑production and post‑production.
- Write shooting scripts or prepare storyboards describing footage, graphics, music/SFX, narration, and dialogue.
- Obtain locations, props, and wardrobe.
- Maintain departmental workflow processes and SOPs.
- Research content as needed and conduct pre‑interviews with patients, HCPs, and subject matter experts.
- Review footage, write editing scripts, and supervise editing to adhere to brand standards and time constraints.
- Effectively direct projects and lead the team on set.
- Cultivate and maintain strong video crew relationships.
- Interview and direct/coach talent during shoots.
- Work closely with the Director of Photography to ensure lighting, framing, and camera movement support the story.
- Coordinate with the on‑set producer and AD to keep schedules on track.
- Collaborate with clients on set to accurately represent their brands.
- Write editing scripts from raw footage.
- Oversee editing and graphic creation, spearhead the review process, and manage internal account team changes and client changes with professionalism.
- Proficient with Mac, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Expert knowledge of taking a video project from concept to completion.
- Expert at conducting high‑level interviews.
- Extensive experience writing scripts, concepts, and treatments.
- Detail‑oriented, able to work under deadline pressure.
- Accurate and hyper‑detail‑focused when reviewing client‑facing scripts and videos.
- Creative decision‑making, problem‑solving, resourcefulness, and multitasking ability.
- Effectively manage project schedules and work under rigorous time constraints.
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts with a major in Media/Video Production or a related field and at least six years of production experience at an agency, production house, or news station.
Physical DemandsRegularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms, talk, and hear. Must regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally more than 25 pounds. Close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus are required.
Work Environment/Environmental ConditionsModerate noise level. Very limited exposure to physical risk.
Hybrid Work ScheduleThe position requires a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside or relocate to the Williamsburg, Virginia area and be expected to be in‑office three times per week.
