Provides quality ticketing, information, and customer service to internal and external customers of the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Cash Handling skills to include basic math skills of addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Previous ticket or retail sales experience helpful but not required.
