Community Marketing Greeter

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador at Busch Gardens, connecting with guests and sharing information about the vacation club experience.
• Engage in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers to explain the vacation membership.
• Stand for extended periods indoors and outdoors while effectively promoting the club.
• Maintain a professional appearance and cordial attitude toward all guests and staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to handle rejection while remaining positive.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for hours at a time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Capability to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test required.
• Sales or marketing experience is preferred.
