Casey Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The Appointment Coordinator schedules and manages service appointments, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience with clear communication.
This role contacts customers about recalls and vehicle status, handling various administrative duties. Hours vary Monday through Saturday from 7am to 6pm (no Sundays); pay is $16.00 per hour.
