Operations Team Member

Join Busch Gardens Williamsburg as a Team Member in our Customer Service & Support department. In this guest-facing role, you'll provide friendly, efficient service across rides, attractions, food locations, retail shops, or guest services. You'll assist guests with questions, purchases and directions while upholding strict safety and cleanliness standards. Working in our fun, fast-paced park, you'll collaborate with a supportive team to create memorable, European-themed experiences and seasonal events, gaining valuable hospitality and operations skills with opportunities to grow across Sea World Parks & Entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service to all guests in assigned area (rides, food, retail, or guest services)
• Answer guest questions, give directions, and assist with park information and policies
• Operate point-of-sale systems to process payments accurately and efficiently
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures and policies
• Assist with ride loading/unloading or attraction operations as assigned
• Restock merchandise, supplies, or food items and maintain organized work areas
• Support crowd control and guest flow during busy periods and events
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
• Participate in training and briefings to stay current on park offerings and safety guidelines
• Support seasonal events and festivals, adapting to changing assignments and schedules
