Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist Opportunity (New Graduates Welcome) Newport News, VA Caring Dental Arts is a private family and cosmetic dental practice in Newport News, VA, looking for a full-time or part-time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are passionate about providing caring, gentle, evidence-based comprehensive dental care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Schedule Full-time or part-time available Flexible scheduling, up to 32 hours per week Dedicated lunch hour

Duties & Responsibilities Provide quality care including adult/child prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, sealants, and fluoride treatments Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care Take and develop dental x-rays Conduct initial screenings and assessments Maintain accurate records in Eaglesoft (training available if needed) Administer local anesthetic if licensed Collaborate with our team to promote excellent patient experiences Requirements Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program Active Virginia Dental Hygiene license Strong communication and patient education skills Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar practice software (training provided if needed) Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to patient care New graduates welcome!
