Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Williamsburg, VA, for an Architect at DJG Inc. The Architect will lead and collaborate on architectural design projects, manage project timelines, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include creating detailed design plans, coordinating with project teams, overseeing construction documentation, and conducting site visits. Emphasis will be placed on delivering innovative, high-quality, and client-centric design solutions.

• Proficiency in architectural design, space planning, and adaptive re-use projects
• Experience in creating detailed construction documents and design presentations
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permitting processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar design software
• Strong project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities for client interactions and team engagement
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
• Professional architectural licensure or work toward obtaining licensure is required
