Full-Time Optometrist (OD) – Full-Scope Medical & Primary Care

Location: Williamsburg, VA

Schedule: Monday – Friday (
No Saturdays / No Weekends )

Compensation: Guaranteed Base + Bonus Structure ($175,000 – $200,000+ total potential)

• Cutting-Edge Diagnostics & Tech: Fully outfitted with OCT, IPL, Lipi Flow, an on-premises YAG Laser, and Lumenis Tri Lift.
• Full Staffing Support: Work alongside dedicated technicians and scribes to streamline your patient encounters, including technicians who perform refractions and a full finishing lab on site.

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited school of optometry.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice full-scope optometry in Virginia.
• Residency training or prior clinical experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, patient care, and communication skills with a team first mindset.
