Responsibilities:

* Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity and curiosity.

* Provide a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers to explore and learn.

* Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.

* Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and activities.

* Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.

* Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.

* Encourage positive social interactions and conflict resolution among toddlers.

* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

* Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

* Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.

* CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.

* Passion for early childhood education and child development.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

* Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential.

* Background check clearance as per state regulations.
