Pastor / Ministry / Church
A newly organized congregation of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church located near Williamsburg in Tidewater Virginia is seeking its first full-time pastor. The candidate should be committed to winsomely Reformed worship and practice, a long-term vision of discipleship and church planting, and deep community facilitated through hospitality and side‑by‑side ministry. We will consider both experienced ministers or ordainable candidates with a clear sense of call and the right gifts to move the church forward.
The Church of the Harvest ARP started as a church planting effort of the Virginia Presbytery of the ARP about six years ago. We are the only ARP east of the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. The congregation is a mix of young families, older adult couples, and some single persons. It is an organized congregation with its own Session but has a church plant feel.
The church is in an area poised for continued growth and in which there is a need for a strong Reformed presence. A detailed job description is available upon request. The salary will be based on need and experience.
