• A gospel‑centered preacher whose sermons are biblically faithful, Christ‑centered, and rich in practical, everyday application, bridging Reformed theological depth with congregational accessibility.
• An equipping leader with a builder mindset who recruits and develops leaders at every level, elders, deacons, home group leaders, and ministry volunteers, and entrusts others with meaningful responsibility rather than centralizing authority.
