Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity and curiosity.

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers to explore and learn.

Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and activities.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.

Encourage positive social interactions and conflict resolution among toddlers.

Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.

CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential.

Background check clearance as per state regulations.
