The Williamsburg Farmers Market is seeking an organized leader to direct the Early Childhood Music School (ECMS) in Williamsburg, VA. This part-time, onsite role is 25–29 hours per week, starting Fall 2026 and co-leading with the current director.
You will oversee all ECMS operations including recruitment of teachers, enrollment and scheduling, fundraising, financial management, marketing, and reporting to the ECMS Advisory Board and WUMC staff, with full director duties beginning January 2027.
