Peninsula Youth Collaborative

Busch Gardens Williamsburg seeks enthusiastic team members for the Peninsula Youth Collaborative, supporting arts, recreation, and educational experiences for local youth. In this role, you'll help plan and lead engaging activities, support special events, and provide a safe, inclusive environment throughout the park. You'll collaborate with park teams, interact with families, and serve as a positive mentor and role model. This position is ideal for those passionate about youth development, community engagement, and creating memorable, fun experiences in a dynamic theme park setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead arts, recreation, and educational activities for youth participants
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment throughout park programs
• Support coordination and execution of youth-focused events and workshops
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and partners in a professional manner
• Collaborate with park operations, entertainment, and education teams
• Monitor participant behavior and apply positive behavior management strategies
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and logistics for daily programs and events
• Maintain basic attendance, incident, and activity records as required
