Sub Com is seeking an Engineer in Charge to lead deep-sea cable installation and repair projects. You will manage teams of cable engineers, jointers, and transmission engineers, oversee vessel loading, shore end installations, and post-lay burial operations, with substantial domestic and international travel.
The role requires strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, familiarity with Makai Lay and Win Frog software, and the ability to collaborate with customers and multiple internal groups.
