Infralogix is a reliability and asset management solutions company committed to helping organizations improve equipment performance, increase up-time, and reduce maintenance costs. We provide predictive maintenance (PdM), reliability engineering, asset management, and CMMS consulting services to clients across the industrial, utility, healthcare, manufacturing, and government sectors.

We are seeking someone with an established Electrical job history. This position of a Reliability Specialist is responsible for performing and supporting on-site predictive maintenance (PdM) inspections utilizing predictive maintenance tools (i.e. Ultrasonic Testing/Leak Detection, Vibration Analysis, Oil Sampling, and Infrared) as well as providing CMMS consulting field support.

Additionally, this position supports the development of reliability programs associated with steam, compressed air/gas, valve inspections, vibration analysis and oil analysis within industrial and commercial property settings. Successful candidates will possess a strong ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of components and system related issues through demonstrated problem solving skills.

Compensation:

Compensation will be negotiated based upon qualifications. Consultant (1099) and full-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Perform on-site predictive maintenance (PdM) inspections, including:
    • Infrared thermography
    • Ultrasonic testing
  • Collect, validate, and analyze equipment condition data with minimal supervision
  • Identify early-stage equipment defects and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare detailed reports with clear findings, severity levels, and recommendations
  • Enter and manage data within client CMMS/EAM systems
  • Support and participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting efforts
  • Assist in developing and improving client reliability programs and PM strategies
  • Provide input on asset criticality and maintenance optimization
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and client requirements
  • Travel to client sites as needed
  • Maintain a professional presence and act in the best interest of the client
Skills & Knowledge Requirements include, but are not limited to:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word; basic data analysis skills preferred)
  • Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret PdM data and recognize fault patterns
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a field environment
Certifications (Expected / Preferred) Preferred or in progress:
  • Certified Reliability Technician (CRT)
  • Certified Reliability Leader (CRL)
Required within 12–24 months (company provided):
  • Infrared Thermography Level I (Level II required over time)
  • At least one additional PdM certification (Ultrasound, Vibration, or Oil Analysis)

Electrical Journeyman certification not required but considered a plus
