Responds to all incoming/outgoing calls promptly and with utmost courtesy;
Follow up on all calls using operating systems and scripts to complete guest/owner requests;
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, F&B, Activities and other departments via telephone, e-mail, radio or in-person;
Assist with express check-in forms and help at the front desk when needed;
Complete projects as assigned by management and meet yearly/quarterly/monthly goals
