Financial Solutions Advisor

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advice and customized financial solutions to clients
• Triage client leads and requests
• Make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds
• Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals
• Build financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
• Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
• Coach and provide feedback to referral partners
• Complete required licenses and trainings
• Comply with SAFE Act registration and background-check requirements where applicable

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, or equivalent Series 63 and 65 in lieu of Series 66
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
• Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays
• SAFE Act registration and required background check
• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Demonstrates expertise in providing customized financial solutions and investment strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Proven ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced financial services environment.
