We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our assisted living team on the 3‑11 shift. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional resident care, assist with daily activities, and support the clinical team in delivering safe, effective, and personalized care. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a positive environment for our patients and residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity are prioritized at all times.

- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Collaborate with nursing staff to identify patient needs, report changes in condition promptly, and assist with emergency responses in critical situations
- Maintain a safe environment by following infection control protocols, practicing proper hand hygiene, and adhering to safety standards for infectious disease care and acute care settings
- Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant–STNA in Ohio) works with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and gives resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
- Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
- Valid CNA certification recognized by state licensing authorities
- Experience working with diverse populations including long‑term care residents, seniors, or individuals with disabilities
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength such as assisting patients using Hoyer lifts or assisting with mobility aids
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with required privacy practices
