Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students for the full  academic year as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). With three openings available, youll provide direct services under the supervision of a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, collaborating with educators and families to make a real difference in students lives. This assignment runs from mid-August through early June, covering either elementary, middle, or high school caseloads averaging 55 students.

Your primary focus will be to help students make progress toward their communication and language goals, ensuring they have the tools necessary for academic success. • Active licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Virginia
• Prior experience or clinical practicum in a school-based setting preferred
• Comfortable working with a diverse caseload elementary, middle, or high school
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to work independently with guidance from a remote SLP supervisor

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collect data and maintain accurate session documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement strategies
• Participate in virtual supervision meetings and follow SLP guidance
• Adapt intervention strategies as needed to support student success
