Account Director AKA Product Manager, Patient Experience Marketing, Neuroscience
Responsible for collaborating with partners across brand and market access marketing to execute the overall post-prescription patient experience strategy. They will work closely with the patient solutions teams to deliver on the patient journey, ensuring that more patients can start and stay on therapy. The individual will also work on driving awareness and confidence in CAPLYTA with key stakeholders. The Product Manager, Patient Experience (Px) Marketing, Neuroscience is responsible for executing fulfillment and adherence strategy to support the end-to-end patient experience for patients prescribed our therapies.
The role will require implementation of strategy through customer-facing tactical development as well as training for a variety of constituents. They will be a member of the Neuroscience Px team, working across brand marketing, market access and field teams to deliver a patient experience that impacts the patient and supports business strategy and objectives.
A Day in the Life
Every patient's healthcare experience is unique – shaped by personal experiences and beliefs, the presence or absence of support networks, provider and payer dynamics, and socioeconomic factors. For many patients, the decision to start or stop a treatment is overwhelming. Johnson & Johnson recognizes this, and wants to create an experience that is personalized, helpful, and hopeful. The Product Manager, Patient Experience (Px) Marketing, Neuroscience works in service to our patients, as an advocate for their needs.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Enhancing Caplyta with
Me Message Library - Shaping and maintaining CWM resource management approach (inclusive of iMR submissions, supply and print management)
- Field Support inbox follow up of Field Inquiries
- Shaping and establishing CWM communication approach (ie, CWM Did You Know Newsletter, etc)
- Shape and establish CWM Field Reporting approach (ie, Savings and voucher utilization, etc)
- Monthly new hire training
- Schizophrenia team support
Qualifications
Education:
Degree in Administration, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, patient experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare environments preferred. Neuroscience experience preferred.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfortable building and interpreting reports. Comfort with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Competency:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Problem-solving orientation and ability to escalate appropriately. Team player who can work independently when needed. Self-starter & Independent thinker, confident in front of a large group.
Working Conditions:
Remote or Office-based / hybrid work model. Availability for ad-hoc support during launches and Hypercare periods (may require flexible hours). Frequent collaboration via Teams and participation in cross-functional meetings.
Reporting:
This position reports to the Associate Director, CAPLYTA PECS PX.
