This full-time, contract position welcomes both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs (CCC), with supervision provided for those completing their CFY. Multiple openings are available across elementary, middle, and high school caseloads, giving you the flexibility to work with the age group that best matches your interests and expertise.
Caseloads average around 55 students, allowing for impactful, individualized support and meaningful professional relationships.
Key
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible for SLP state licensure
- Open to Clinical Fellow candidates supervision will be provided
- Valid CCC-SLP preferred, but not required
- Prior experience in schools or with school-age children is ideal
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain regular communication with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress in accordance with school district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative intervention strategies
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education
