Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving students across grade levels for the 2026/2027 academic year. We're seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential speech and language support within a vibrant educational setting near Williamsburg, VA. You'll make a direct impact by working with varied caseloads in kindergarten through 12th grade, helping each student reach their communication goals.

Key Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA CCC preferred, but strong CFs will be considered
  • Previous school-based experience supporting diverse caseloads spanning K-12 is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling
Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to assigned students
  • Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, and communication needs
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records for each student, in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families to support student development
  • Offer consultative support and in-service training to staff and caregivers when needed
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each learner across all grade levels

This position offers a standard school schedule with approximately 37.5 hours per week. It’s an excellent opportunity to broaden your professional experience while supporting a diverse population of students over the course of the school year.
