Assists management with ensuring departmental activities are performed within policies and that staff are trained on quality, sanitation, safety, and guest service standards;
Participates in F&B operations daily to assist with workload and respond to guest inquiries;
Supervises and accounts for accurate collection of monies at the F&B outlet;
Ensures shift closing and daily checklists are completed by F&B associates;
Assists with administrative duties such as budget control, scheduling, and purchasing supplies
