Banquets Set-Up Lead

Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 310 South England Street - Responsibilities:
Lead the activities of the Conference Center Banquet House cleaner staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of work to standards and customer expectations;
Transport banquet, catering and conference items to locations and oversee proper setup and breakdown;
Monitor service quality during functions and resolve issues or complaints;
Review Meeting Scope and reports to assess customer satisfaction and take corrective action;
Assist with scheduling and budgeting, including payroll costs and department expenses; coordinate with maintenance and outside contractors as needed
