Manage day-to-day leadership and development for banquet staff and oversee shift scheduling;
Collaborate with multiple departments (Culinary, Utility, Shipping and Receiving, Beverage, Rooms) to coordinate banquet events;
Oversee Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure accurate posting and billing of banquet checks;
Maintain and audit banquet storeroom operations, equipment inventory, and quality control points;
Ensure exceptional guest service during events and provide training and feedback to staff
