Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities:
Support the Room Attendants by ensuring guest rooms meet high standards upon arrival at our properties;
Interact with guests by delivering extra items to rooms;
Perform cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces;
Inspect carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains or damage and report maintenance deficiencies;
Assist with restocking linen and guest amenities and respond to guest needs and requests
