• follow up with guests regarding lost articles and return options.
• respond to and resolve guest questions and comments received via email, google, and trip advisor.
• use spreadsheets to track and enter information, guest comments, and refund requests.
• follow up with other departments regarding requests and formal comments.
• input guest comments into the guest correspondence database and correspond with park senior leadership for resolutions.
• communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining the company expectations with compensation and communication.
• have the ability to work independently and communicate with leadership when necessary.

• must be at least 18 years old
• proficient in microsoft systems such as word and excel
• demonstrated ability for strong problem-solving skills and be guest oriented.
• strong organization and time-management skills
• demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• proficient in systems like outlook, trip advisor, google, etc.
• theme park experience preferred.
• the ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours, i.e. Able to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.

compensation: 12.77 usd
