whatyou get to do:
supervise and develop assistant supervisors and the park quality team. Primary focus is to maximize park presentation through efficiency and effectiveness of work while fostering a culture of safety and accountability. Execute common tasks for park quality including: general cleaning and detail cleaning of restrooms. Ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, time-keeping, equipment use, ppe, and cleaning chemicals. Follow up with team member and guest concerns.
Ensuring schedules are up to date and labor budgets are maintained. Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times. Maintain par levels for stock items. Responsible for team member compliance and development. Coordinate restroom cleaning and minimize disruption of operation. Assist with other duties as needed.
- must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- previous leadership experience preferred, park operations/park quality experience preferred
- knowledge of restroom cleaning preferred
- excellent communication skills
- high school diploma/ged
- valid drivers license
compensation: $16.00 per hour
