Job SummaryThe Senior Advocacy and Recruitment Specialist is a key position within Snow Companies, operating at the core of our business model. This role is ultimately responsible for identifying and screening new Patient Ambassadors™ and establishing and maintaining relationships with clinical trial sites and physician offices. The position requires strategic planning skill, subject‑matter expertise, and project guidance across the company. Key transferable skills include compassion, communication, organization, and resourcefulness.

Recruiting new patients for the Patient Ambassador™ programs is crucial. Specialists cultivate relationships with physician offices, clinics, support groups, and patient‑focused organizations, using these networks to increase recruitment. They design new techniques to find eligible candidates, manage time effectively, coordinate schedules, and meet tight deadlines. They mentor junior team members, exercise independent judgment in selecting recruitment channels, and comply with privacy laws (HIPAA) and adverse event reporting.
OrganizationTeam members may simultaneously manage multiple programs, develop relationships with trial sites, screen ambassadors, and answer hotline calls. They perform project and campaign management, eliminate hurdles, meet timelines, and keep records organized. The role requires multitasking in a high‑pressure environment and maintaining privacy of personal consumer information.
Language Skills and CommunicationCandidates must read and comprehend pharmaceutical and bi‑technology documents, communicate professionally with managers, clients, and patients, and use discretion and empathy when interacting with patients with chronic conditions. Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
Training Requirements- Snow Policy Training
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Adverse Event (AE) Reporting Training
- U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Training
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university, or three to five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications include MPH, RN, or LPN.
Compensation- Salary range – $55,000 – $60,000
